At Selkie, we want you to feel like royalty in your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your Selkie items into their original packaging and include any promotional materials to ensure a safe journey back to our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
